Technical knowledge of surgical instruments, procedures, and protocols preferred

What you'll be doing

Support surgeon relationships and assist in case coverage while achieving sales goals and market share objectives
Guide surgeons in operating room through clinical product knowledge and ensure proper equipment utilization
Attend surgeries to verify equipment availability, optimize trays, and consult with OR and sterile processing departments
Handle customer requests, manage hospital billing, troubleshoot technical issues, and process purchase orders
Track and deploy equipment assets across territory; share customer and market insights with internal teams
