Role summary

Associate Director leading a regional Field Reimbursement Manager team within Johnson & Johnson's Patient Engagement and Customer Solutions group. 3+ years direct people management experience
Valid driver's license and willingness to work field-based within assigned geography
Neuroscience disease state experience preferred
Demonstrated ability to navigate complex business circumstances and collaborate cross-functionally

What you'll be doing

Lead, develop, and manage team of up to 10 Field Reimbursement Managers focused on access and fulfillment
Build strategic plans and execute tactics to maximize patient access and therapy continuity across accounts
Coach team members in leveraging data insights and account management competencies to address access barriers
Develop strong relationships with internal stakeholders including Sales, Medical, Brand, and Pharmacy Access teams
Manage regional budget allocation in alignment with team objectives and performance accountability
