Role summary
Field-based sales representative position promoting Stryker's Surgical Technologies portfolio to physicians and healthcare providers. Territory owner responsible for growing business, conducting product evaluations in clinical settings, and achieving sales objectives while building customer relationships.
What they're looking for
- Bachelor's degree and minimum 2 years quota-carrying outside sales experience in medical device or healthcare
- Ability to provide in-person support during product evaluations and procedures in clinical environments
- Physical capability to stand for extended periods and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds
- Valid driver's license with ability to travel throughout assigned territory
- Experience in medical device, surgical, healthcare, or procedural sales preferred
- Experience calling on hospitals, health systems, ambulatory surgery centers, or physician offices preferred
What you'll be doing
- Promote and sell Surgical Technologies products while meeting or exceeding assigned sales objectives
- Conduct product evaluations and demonstrations in clinical and procedural environments
- Support surgical procedures by providing on-site product expertise and troubleshooting guidance
- Build and maintain relationships with surgeons, physicians, nurses, and healthcare administrators
- Identify new business opportunities and expand existing accounts within territory
Compensation100% commission-based with eligibility for bonuses and benefits
