Role summary

- Experience with regulatory frameworks for safety reporting and SUSAR/IND processes
- Leadership and mentoring experience within safety or clinical functions
What you'll be doing
- Evaluate Individual Case Safety Reports and perform medical review of serious adverse events from clinical trials and post-marketing sources
- Assess causality, seriousness, and expectedness of adverse events using clinical expertise and regulatory standards
- Provide medical leadership and escalation support for complex safety cases across the Global Patient Safety team
- Mentor team members on best practices in clinical assessment, case interpretation, and quality standards
- Partner with Clinical Development, Regulatory Affairs, and other functions on signal detection and safety surveillance activities
