Role summary
Medtronic seeks an experienced professional to lead Hugo™ robotic-assisted surgery program adoption and optimization across customer accounts in the Benelux region, Israel, and Greece. - Bachelor's degree plus 5+ years healthcare/medical technology experience; or advanced degree plus 3+ years relevant experience
- Fluent in English
- Legal authorization to work and current residence in Belgium, Netherlands, Luxembourg, Israel, or Greece
- Operating room environment experience with knowledge of surgical procedures and hospital workflows
- Customer-facing implementation or healthcare transformation program leadership experience
- Willingness to travel extensively, up to 75% of the time throughout assigned territory
What you'll be doing
- Lead adoption, growth, and optimization of Hugo™ RAS programs across assigned customer accounts
- Meet with stakeholders to establish program goals, utilization metrics, and develop account plans with regular business reviews
- Develop and coordinate surgeon and operating room staff training plans to accelerate competency development
- Support technology adoption through on-site clinical and operational guidance during implementation and growth phases
- Collaborate with Medtronic commercial, clinical, technical, and service teams to ensure successful system integration
