What you'll be doing
- Serve as senior technical subject matter expert for equipment troubleshooting, repair, and reliability improvement
- Perform advanced routine and non-routine maintenance to support equipment uptime and asset availability
- Lead complex diagnostics on production systems including vision, dosing, molding, heat seal, and sterilization equipment
- Apply Root Cause Problem Solving methodology to eliminate recurring failures and improve equipment performance
- Support strategy sessions with Manufacturing Engineers to develop repair processes and maintenance schematics
