What you'll be doing
- Collaborate with Reliability Engineering Team to establish Reliability Centered Maintenance culture and improve equipment performance
- Develop and report equipment maintenance KPIs using PowerBI or similar tools
- Support maintenance optimization activities including spare parts management and predictive maintenance techniques
- Assist with improvement projects, asset criticality analysis, and spare parts inventory management
- Maintain documentation systems and support site audits, deviation tracking, and change control processes
