Role summary
IQVIA seeks a Regulatory Affairs Manager with advertising and promotion expertise to lead compliance reviews, provide regulatory guidance on promotional materials, and support customer proposals and bid defense activities for pharmaceutical and biotechnology clients.

- Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Biotechnology, Chemistry or related scientific discipline
- Extensive Regulatory Affairs experience in pharmaceutical, biotechnology or healthcare industry
- Strong hands-on experience in advertising/promotion, promotional material review, labelling and artwork regulatory activities
- Deep understanding of promotional and non-promotional material review principles and compliance requirements
- Experience collaborating with medical, legal, commercial and operational stakeholders in matrix environments
- Excellent organisational skills managing multiple priorities and diverse stakeholder coordination
- Strong communication and stakeholder management capabilities
What you'll be doing
- Act as subject matter expert for advertising, promotion, labelling and artwork regulatory activities
- Review promotional and non-promotional materials for alignment with approved product information and regulatory requirements
- Provide regulatory guidance on promotional claims, messaging and compliance expectations to stakeholders
- Coordinate Ad/Promo regulatory review activities and track deliverables, risks and project dependencies
- Support proposal development, bid defense and customer responses as Product Specialist
