Role summary
Stryker seeks a Regional Sales Manager to lead acute care sales across the Pacific region. This role involves managing a sales team, developing strategies to meet revenue targets, and building customer relationships while supporting healthcare solutions.

What you'll be doing
- Develop and coach Sales Account Managers to accelerate growth and customer loyalty
- Create regional strategy and financial plans focused on revenue, market share, and profitability
- Lead and direct sales team with coaching and reinforcement of company vision
- Manage hiring, training, performance reviews, territory assignments, forecasting, and budgets
- Build Key Opinion Leader relationships at executive level and resolve customer issues
Compensation$151,800.00 base, eligible for commission and/or bonuses plus benefits
