Role summary

Amgen seeks a Regional Sales Director to lead the UPLIZNA Neurology sales organization across an assigned region. This role translates brand strategy into regional execution while developing District Managers and field teams to drive business performance in a complex rare disease marketplace.

Experience in rare disease, neurology, specialty biologic markets preferred
Strong cross-functional collaboration and enterprise mindset

What you'll be doing

Translate UPLIZNA brand strategy into focused regional strategy with measurable execution standards
Lead, develop, and manage District Managers and field sales teams to deliver business results
Coach and develop District Managers to strengthen leadership capability and representative performance
Synthesize performance data and market intelligence to identify opportunities, adjust plans, and drive accountability
Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, company policies and Amgen standards
