Role summary

Director-level position leading global commercial strategy for Pfizer's oncology portfolio. Responsible for commercial assessments, business case development, and strategic planning across early-stage, late-stage, and business development opportunities in oncology, while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Experience progressing assets through development stage-gates and presenting to senior leadership
Financial valuation, forecasting, and business proposal project experience
Demonstrated ability to influence without direct authority and lead cross-functional matrix teams

What you'll be doing

Lead commercial and strategic assessments to develop asset and technology platform business cases
Evaluate competitive landscape at asset, MOA, tumor, and oncology levels with comprehensive market analysis
Drive pipeline asset and disease area strategies, product concepts, and investment recommendations
Create and maintain portfolio decision-making tools aligned across the oncology portfolio
Interface with global marketing, R&D, medical, regulatory, and business development functions to support asset progression
