What you'll be doing
- Achieve regional revenue growth, profit, and market share targets for Joint Replacement portfolio
- Lead and develop team of 5 Sales Representatives against sales and capability metrics
- Execute regional sales strategies aligned to surgeon demand and hospital priorities
- Build partnerships with orthopaedic surgeons, operating theatre teams, and hospital decision-makers
- Manage forecasting, territory planning, inventory control, and ensure regulatory compliance
