Role summary

Ability to reside within workable distance of assigned territory and travel as needed
Specialty sales experience in hemophilia or complex disease states preferred
Strong understanding of biologics, specialty reimbursement, and key opinion leader engagement

What you'll be doing

Drive customer engagement through in-person interactions with HTCs, hematologists, and multidisciplinary care teams
Build compliant relationships and deliver approved promotional and disease-state messaging to support appropriate product use
Support patient access by providing prior authorization, reimbursement support, and co-pay information
Leverage product and market knowledge to identify opportunities, prioritize accounts, and collaborate cross-functionally
Execute and optimize territory activities using digital tools and data-driven insights
