- Develop technical solutions to complex engineering problems using experimental and analytical methods
- Design and validate in vivo and in vitro product evaluation models and test methods
- Lead design of experiments, tolerance analysis, and design verification and validation activities
- Manage material and design changes through design control processes with documented research
- Present technical findings and data analysis results to peers and business leadership
