Role summary
Stryker is recruiting mechanical or biomedical engineering graduates for a structured 24-month R&D development programme beginning September 2027. Participants rotate through six-month assignments in design, advanced operations, quality engineering, and engineering services, gaining broad exposure to product development and manufacturing processes.

- Contribute to quality systems implementation and design-manufacturing integration activities
