Role summary
Medtronic seeks a Quality Systems Specialist to support regional compliance and quality management activities across healthcare operations. The role manages audit programs, ensures regulatory alignment, and drives continuous improvement initiatives across distributed teams in the Philippines.

- Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Engineering, Pharmacy, or related scientific discipline
- 3+ years quality role experience within healthcare industry
- ISO 13485 and/or GxP requirements knowledge (GDP or GMP)
- Lead Auditor or Internal Auditor certification in ISO 13485 or GMP
- Fluent English communication skills
- Project management experience with geographically dispersed teams
What you'll be doing
- Manage internal, external, and supplier audit activities including observations and corrective action tracking
- Provide training on audit processes, quality management systems, and TrackWise utilization
- Monitor audit and QMS key performance indicators; develop mitigation plans when targets unmet
- Partner with operating groups to monitor compliance and drive process improvements
- Interpret quality policies and regulatory requirements to ensure organizational compliance
