Role summary

- Experience in regulated industry, preferably medical devices
- Supplier quality process expertise and CAPA/root cause investigation skills
- Process and equipment validation experience in manufacturing or service environments
What you'll be doing
- Partner cross-functionally with engineering, regulatory, and supplier quality teams on compliance and operational objectives
- Develop and maintain quality standards, procedures, and controls for service and repair operations
- Investigate quality issues, assess risk, and support corrective action implementation
- Conduct supplier audits and manage supplier action requests and corrective preventive actions
- Monitor quality metrics, analyze performance trends, and support continuous improvement initiatives
