Role summary
Quality Inspector I role involving visual inspection of labels, products, and pouches in an FDA-regulated manufacturing environment. Responsibilities include sample collection, specification verification, testing equipment operation, and quality documentation. Second shift position (1:30pm–10pm, Monday–Friday) at an Anasco facility.
What they're looking for
- High school diploma or equivalent
- One year experience in quality inspection within FDA-regulated manufacturing preferred
- Ability to read, understand drawings and written documents in English
- Knowledge of basic math, graph interpretation, and inspection methods
- Proficiency with testing instruments and measuring gauges
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Heavy vehicle driver's license highly preferred
What you'll be doing
- Visually inspect labels, product identifiers, and pouches to approve or reject operations
- Obtain and inspect samples against specifications; record data and make accept/reject decisions
- Verify product dimensions and specifications using optical comparators, micrometers, and gauges
- Maintain quality control records, documentation, and lot traceability
- Conduct spot audits and assist in training new QA inspectors
Compensation$10.50–$13.46 USD hourly
