Role summary
Lead a quality engineering team at Cytiva, managing technicians and engineers supporting manufacturing complaint investigations and continuous improvement initiatives. Develop team members, author technical reports, and collaborate across operations, engineering, and supply chain to ensure compliance with pharmaceutical and regulatory standards.
What they're looking for
- Degree in scientific, engineering, or quality discipline, or equivalent work experience
- Minimum 5 years managing professional teams in manufacturing quality environments
- Minimum 5 years in quality engineering roles within pharma, medical device, or similar regulated industries
- Advanced ISO 9001 proficiency; knowledge of ISO 13485, 21 CFR 820, GxP standards advantageous
- Demonstrated CAPA problem statement writing and execution capability
- Applied experience with ISO 14971 risk management principles
- Track record deploying strategy and setting team objectives

- Serve as quality subject matter expert and oversee daily team deployment and work priorities
- Support manufacturing and customer complaint investigations and corrective action execution
- Author and review technical reports with coaching feedback on quality best practices
- Develop team member skills and career advancement guidance and pathways
- Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, engineering, supply chain, and maintenance on projects and issue resolution
