- Strong analytical, communication, and process ownership skills
- CQE certification and medical device experience preferred
What you'll be doing
- Lead and oversee NCMR and CAPA investigations to identify root causes and implement corrective actions
- Analyze quality metrics and trends to identify risks and opportunities for preventive action
- Own and maintain equipment calibration and preventive maintenance programs
- Support sterilization quality assurance program including monitoring and quality reviews
- Lead internal and external audits and develop or improve quality procedures and documentation
