Role summary

Danaher seeks a Quality Engineer for its Cytiva manufacturing facility in Newquay to drive quality compliance, investigate non-conformances, and lead continuous improvement initiatives in a regulated production environment.

Experience in ISO 9001, ISO 13485, or pharmaceutical regulated manufacturing
Knowledge of regulated manufacturing facility systems and practices
Background in Quality Assurance and Quality Control systems
Proficiency with Danaher Business System tools and Statistical Process Control
Quality accreditation or certification plus relevant engineering degree
PSP practitioner certification
Lean or DBS training advantageous

What you'll be doing

Facilitate compliance improvements and non-conformance reporting within production
Lead investigations and corrective/preventive action tracking with effectiveness reviews
Analyze reject data and quality test results to identify improvement priorities
Review and develop standard operating procedures for production and quality control
Support external audits and manage product development transfer activities
