Role summary
Abbott seeks a Quality Control Molecular Analyst to ensure product quality standards in its Maine infectious disease facility. - Operate Bioanalyzers, T8 Isothermal Instruments, and E-Gel Systems for molecular analysis
- Prepare mastermixes and reactions; perform in-process and final product release testing
- Lead investigations into nonconforming materials and quality gaps
- Initiate quality incidents, author standard operating procedures, and train technicians
- Communicate quality issues to management and drive process improvement initiatives
