What you'll be doing

- Assist with data entry, record reviews for completeness and accuracy, and database maintenance
- Support recall coordinators with administrative execution of product recalls, corrections, and field actions
- Perform or assist with visual inspections, returned product evaluation, and sample handling under supervision
- Track customer responses, effectiveness checks, and maintain product traceability and chain of custody
