What you'll be doing

Perform daily operations, maintenance, monitoring, and troubleshooting of enterprise network infrastructure
Manage level 1 and 2 incidents, service requests, performance issues; escalate complex problems appropriately
Support routing, switching, firewall, wireless, VPN, WAN circuits, CASB, Zero Trust, cloud connectivity environments
Conduct initial triage, packet analysis, log review, root cause analysis for connectivity and application access problems
Participate in changes, upgrades, configuration updates, maintenance activities following change management processes
