Role summary
This Quality Assurance Lead role oversees manufacturing compliance and quality operations on the fourth shift at a medical device facility. The position involves conducting inspections, audits, and testing activities; supervising QA technicians; managing nonconformances and investigations; and supporting continuous improvement initiatives within GMP and regulatory frameworks.

- Strong analytical, mathematical, and problem-solving skills
What you'll be doing
- Perform in-process inspections, audits, and testing activities per approved procedures and specifications
- Monitor manufacturing processes through routine quality audits and observations for compliance verification
- Provide guidance and technical support to QA technicians and manufacturing personnel
- Identify, document, and escalate nonconformances and deviations through quality systems
- Support development and maintenance of quality procedures and assist with internal/external audits
