Role summary

What you'll be doing
- Conduct quality and technical reviews of nonconformance investigations and corrective action plans within defined timeframes
- Track, monitor, and facilitate timely closure of nonconformances and corrective actions for the facility
- Provide guidance and training to personnel on quality system activities and investigation procedures
- Prepare monthly and quarterly quality metrics for management review meetings
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams and external vendors on quality issues and regulatory compliance
