- Support post-market surveillance activities including complaint handling and adverse event reporting
- Maintain and control QMS documentation such as procedures and quality records
- Prepare communications and documents for regulatory authorities and Notified Bodies
- Assist with QMS improvement initiatives and process updates
- Execute QA administrative and operational tasks as assigned
