What you'll be doing

- Represent organization at global and domestic safety committee meetings, coordinating logistics and facilitation
- Prepare contractual documents and agreements; interface with internal and external parties to implement projects
- Manage project-specific training, file maintenance, and audit readiness; identify and resolve compliance issues
- Lead identification and resolution of complex project support issues; mentor junior staff and develop process improvements
