Role summary
ICON seeks a Clinical Project Manager to lead and coordinate clinical research projects in CNS and rare disease areas. The role involves managing project timelines, budgets, cross-functional teams, and stakeholder communications to ensure on-time delivery of high-quality results.

- Bachelor's degree in life science, project management, business, or related field
- Minimum 7 years clinical research experience with at least 2 years global clinical project management
- Clinical project management experience at a CRO or biotech company preferred
- Proven ability to manage projects from inception through completion on scope, time, and budget
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with stakeholder management ability
- CNS or rare disease indication experience preferred
- Willingness to travel approximately 30% as required

- Develop and manage detailed clinical project plans including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
- Lead cross-functional project teams and coordinate efforts to meet project objectives
- Monitor project progress, identify risks and issues, and implement mitigation strategies
- Engage with stakeholders to manage expectations and ensure alignment with project goals
- Prepare and present project reports, status updates, and performance metrics to senior management
