Role summary
Danaher seeks a Production Engineer for protein manufacturing at its Uppsala facility. The role supports daily production operations, drives quality and safety improvements, manages process documentation, and collaborates on product industrialization. Candidates should hold relevant engineering credentials or equivalent experience in process industries, preferably protein production or pharmaceuticals.

- University degree in chemistry, chemical engineering, process engineering, or equivalent work experience
- Experience in process industry, preferably protein manufacturing or pharmaceutical production
- Knowledge of cell culture processes
- Experience with validation and qualification work in process industry
- Fluent in Swedish and English
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills across organizational departments
- Technical interest and ability to manage multiple parallel activities independently
What you'll be doing
- Support production personnel in daily operations and maintain stable, efficient production
- Drive and participate in improvement initiatives related to quality, EHS, and production capacity
- Establish, update, and ensure relevant manufacturing and process documentation
- Prepare, conduct, and follow up Change Control matters
- Collaborate closely with R&D during introduction and industrialization of new products
