Role summary
Ipsen Biopharm is recruiting two Production Team Leaders for its Wrexham manufacturing facility on a rotating 4-on, 4-off shift pattern. The role involves leading daily production operations, ensuring safety and quality standards, managing resources, and driving continuous improvement within a regulated pharmaceutical environment.

- Pharmaceutical manufacturing experience required
- Aseptic and sterile production process experience highly desirable

- Lead and direct manufacturing activities across shift team

- Drive engagement, accountability, and continuous improvement culture
- Support compliance with cGMP, EHS, and quality requirements; maintain audit readiness
