Role summary
Production Supervisor at Stryker overseeing manufacturing operations across assembly, inspection, material handling, and packaging. - Lean Manufacturing or Lean Six Sigma certification preferred
What you'll be doing
- Oversee daily manufacturing activities and ensure compliance with validated processes and quality requirements
- Manage team of 20 employees including scheduling, training, performance management, and hiring
- Develop and monitor production plans to achieve daily and monthly targets and operational metrics
- Coordinate issue resolution with Engineering, Quality, Supply Planning, Finance, and R&D
- Monitor and drive performance on safety, quality, productivity, downtime, waste, and compliance metrics
