Role summary

What you'll be doing
- Lead and coordinate shift operations ensuring safe, efficient, compliant production of nutrition products
- Provide direct supervision, training, coaching, and performance feedback to production team members
- Promote safety and quality culture while enforcing FDA, OSHA, and Abbott compliance requirements
- Monitor key performance indicators, identify improvement opportunities, and drive continuous improvement initiatives
- Document and investigate manufacturing issues, generate non-conformance reports, and develop corrective action solutions
