Role summary
Cytiva seeks a Production Supervisor for night shift operations at its Pensacola facility. The role involves leading manufacturing teams to meet safety, quality, delivery, and productivity targets while driving continuous improvement initiatives.

- Strong cross-functional collaboration and communication skills
- Physical capability to lift 50 lbs and access equipment up to 6 feet high

- Lead daily value stream operations to achieve safety, quality, delivery, inventory, and productivity targets
- Supervise, coach, and develop associates through training and performance feedback
- Drive continuous improvement by applying Danaher Business System tools and problem-solving methodologies
- Partner with quality, engineering, maintenance, and supply chain teams to resolve operational issues
- Monitor production metrics and implement actions to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction
