What you'll be doing

Lead production teams across ROBAL VB/OC/JPAL manufacturing lines to meet production targets and schedules
Monitor workflows, equipment performance, personnel, and resources; establish reporting systems aligned with Safety, Quality, Delivery, Inventory, and Productivity goals
Drive continuous process improvements using Danaher Business System tools including Kaizen and PSP methodologies
Ensure workplace safety and regulatory compliance including MDR 2017 and ISO 13485 standards
Coordinate shift handovers and operator training completion on schedule
