Monitor production workflows, equipment performance, and personnel; track safety, quality, delivery, and inventory metrics
Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Danaher Business System tools like Kaizen and PSP
Ensure regulatory compliance including MDR 2017 and ISO 13485 standards in assigned area
Coordinate information transfer between shifts and train manufacturing operators on procedures
