Role summary
Danaher seeks a production line lead for manufacturing operations in Bengaluru to oversee line setup, material staging, quality verification, and team coordination. - Ability to lift 25 lbs, stand for extended periods, and work 24/7 shift rotations
- Strong attention to detail and teamwork orientation with effective communication skills
- Capability to work in low humidity (≤10% RH) and controlled temperature environments
What you'll be doing
- Verify staged materials against bill of materials and production plans; perform line clearance and setup
- Monitor sample pulling, testing, and retention; verify hourly production metrics and reject counts
- Ensure workstation and equipment cleaning; complete digital records and batch documentation timely
- Conduct in-process quality inspections and troubleshoot equipment issues within scope
- Train and rotate manufacturing associates on standard work, cross-training, and compliance requirements
