Knowledge of MDR 2017, ISO 13485, and cGMP/GLP compliance
Familiarity with Lean tools, statistical analysis, and Danaher Business System methodologies
Shift and weekend flexibility as required by production schedules

What you'll be doing

Lead production teams and manage resources to meet established manufacturing targets and schedules
Monitor processes, equipment, and personnel to ensure Safety, Quality, Delivery, Inventory, and Productivity goals
Implement continuous improvement initiatives using DBS tools such as Kaizen and PSP
Ensure regulatory compliance with MDR 2017, ISO 13485, and local statutory requirements
Coordinate shift communications and provide training to manufacturing operators
