What you'll be doing

Lead manufacturing teams and achieve production targets per production plan
Monitor processes, equipment, and personnel; maintain safety, quality, delivery, and productivity goals
Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Danaher Business System tools and methodologies
Ensure regulatory compliance with MDR 2017, ISO 13485, and local statutory requirements
Provide shift handover communication and conduct operator training programs
