What you'll be doing

Lead production teams across ROBAL VB/OC/JPAL manufacturing lines to meet established targets
Monitor processes, equipment, and personnel while implementing reporting systems aligned with company guidelines
Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Danaher Business System tools including Kaizen and PSP methodologies
Ensure regulatory compliance with MDR 2017 and ISO 13485 standards across manufacturing operations
Coordinate shift handovers to communicate critical production and safety information between teams
