Knowledge of MDR 2017, ISO 13485, and cGMP/GLP standards
Familiarity with Lean tools, statistical analysis, or ERP systems preferred
IQ, OQ, and PQ validation experience preferred

What you'll be doing

Lead production teams and meet targets aligned with manufacturing plans
Monitor workflow, processes, equipment, and personnel to achieve safety, quality, delivery, and productivity goals
Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Danaher Business System tools like Kaizen and PSP
Ensure regulatory compliance with MDR 2017, ISO 13485, and local statutory requirements
Coordinate shift handovers and maintain safe, clean work environments
