Role summary

What you'll be doing

Lead production teams and manage workflow to meet safety, quality, delivery, and productivity targets
Monitor manufacturing processes, equipment, personnel, and resources according to standard operating procedures
Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Danaher Business System tools and methodology
Ensure regulatory compliance with MDR 2017, ISO 13485, and local statutory requirements
Coordinate shift handovers and training completion for manufacturing operators
