Role summary

What you'll be doing
- Coordinate assembly, packaging, and testing activities including spotting, lamination, filling, and lyophilization operations
- Allocate labor and materials to meet production standards and track accuracy in system transactions
- Monitor line performance metrics including yield, scrap, and downtime; ensure timely production schedule adherence
- Communicate with mechanics, engineers, quality control, and other departments regarding equipment, quality, and personnel issues
- Maintain manufacturing documentation, training records, attendance records, and initiate procedural changes through ECO system
