Role summary
Baxter seeks a Production Associate for its Marion, North Carolina manufacturing facility on a second shift schedule. - Physical capability for repetitive tasks, lifting up to 16 pounds regularly
What you'll be doing
- Over-pouch and seal filled bags containing IV therapies and sterile solutions at production rates
- Inspect over-pouches, bags, and components to verify quality standards are met
- Perform scheduled quality checks using gauges and scales; document results
- Maintain clean and safe work area using 6S principles; report safety or quality issues immediately
- Learn and apply Current Good Manufacturing Practices and Standard Operating Procedures
Compensation$19.90 an hour
