What you'll be doing
- Monitor product exposure times and document process flow throughout production
- Verify components against Bills of Materials and set up label dispensers and calibration devices
- Collect, package, and distribute processing samples with appropriate documentation
- Perform line clearances and troubleshoot equipment issues in finishing areas
- Operate pasteurization equipment and manage temperature-controlled storage movement
Compensation$21.15 per hour
