- Coordinate cross-functional engagement with field teams, community liaisons, and advisory committees
- Conduct monthly review of print materials, manage inventory systems, and approve promotional proofs
- Manage marketing finances including budget tracking, accruals, forecasting, and bi-weekly vendor meetings
- Track work orders and purchase orders daily; provide status reports and production cost analysis
