Role summary
Leica Biosystems seeks a Product Manager for Digital Pathology to oversee the product lifecycle of software and scanner solutions across global markets. The role combines market research, product strategy development, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver diagnostic solutions that improve cancer care.

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Life Science, Engineering, or equivalent
- 3+ years product marketing, product management, or related experience in medical devices or software
- Experience in regulated environments, preferably FDA-regulated medical device markets
- Demonstrated ability developing and executing product lifecycle strategies and end-of-life planning
- Ability to travel up to 20%
- Experience in clinical laboratory, biotech, or pharma (preferred)
- Knowledge of digital pathology solutions (preferred)
What you'll be doing
- Manage iQC software, connectivity offerings, and scanner portfolios throughout complete product lifecycle
- Identify market opportunities, develop business cases, and establish product strategies and roadmaps
- Collaborate with Engineering, Sales, and Program Management to define requirements and prioritize enhancements
- Align global product strategies with local market needs through partnerships with commercial and service teams
- Drive cross-functional alignment on product requirements, release milestones, and interoperability across platform teams
