Role summary

What you'll be doing
- Optimize manufacturing processes using lean and six sigma methodologies to improve efficiency and asset utilization
- Execute validation studies, engineering change requests, and process specifications with IQ/OQ/PQ/TMV documentation
- Conduct statistical analysis and trending of process parameters to improve yields and reduce scrap
- Lead cross-functional teams on quality improvements, lifecycle management, and new product introductions
- Develop training programs and monitor performance metrics against key performance indicators
