Role summary

- Design, execute, analyze, and interpret studies for cell banking and hESC expansion process development and optimization
- Apply Quality by Design principles and engineering rigor to build process understanding and establish parameters
- Evaluate and implement novel technologies to advance process and project strategy
- Troubleshoot process challenges and contribute to manufacturing investigations using experimental data
- Lead team projects, mentor colleagues, and communicate technical results to stakeholders and regulatory bodies
