Role summary
Amgen seeks a Process Development Associate to support analytical development for synthetic pharmaceutical programs in Thousand Oaks, California. - Perform sample preparation and analysis of in-process and drug product samples using chromatographic and spectroscopic methods
- Execute and validate analytical methods for drug substances and products across synthetic modalities under supervisor guidance
- Document analytical data and maintain records using electronic laboratory notebooks following Good Documentation Practice
- Present results and analytical findings to support drug development activities
- Transfer validated analytical methods to contract manufacturing and testing laboratories
